You are given a 15-minute refund window by Apple and Google. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase after that, please get in touch with us and we will try our best to resolve your queries to your satisfaction. We are generally happy to issue refunds if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase within a reasonable amount of time, but this depends on a case-to-case basis. You can remove all ads by subscribing to our app from the Settings tab.

Technical

We use state of the art secure servers based in Kansas, United States. Our service to you is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and also the GDPR if you are based in Europe.

For any assistance, you might need with the app, simply use our Contact Form. We generally aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.

Using The App

This is a cross-platform app, meaning you can use it on various devices using Android or Apple’s iOS platform. Should you lose your device or change it in the future, you will still have access to all of your data. All you need to remember is your method of signing up. We provide three ways of signing up for an account, Google, Facebook or manual sign up.

To add a sponsor, you must personally know a person who uses this app. You can obtain their unique (case sensitive) code from them and use it to send them a sponsorship request.

The unique code is available in the app’s Sponsorship tab.

This app can be used as stand-alone or with the help of another recovering fellow member.

If you don’t have a sponsor or do not want to use the sponsorship feature, simply leave it alone until you want to use it.

Eventually, someone is bound to come up to you and ask you for your help.

This app is for any person trying to recover from an addiction. At this time, this app is restricted to alcoholics only, but it can be used by the members of other fellowships too as the basic 12 steps remain the same across the 140+ 12 step programs all around the world.

Yes of course. But remember that the sponsorship feature is currently only available on Android. We are working hard on releasing it on the Apple app with an ETA of mid-May 2020.

To cancel your apple app subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click View Information at the top of the window. …
  4. On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.
  5. Click Edit next to the subscription that you want.

 

To cancel your google app subscription, use these steps

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and make sure you’re signed in to the correct account.
  2. Tap the menu button in the upper left corner, then go to Subscriptions.
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and select it.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. You may be asked to select a reason for the cancellation. Choose one from the options and tap Continue followed by Cancel subscription.
